Agent is a real estate agent or broker who represents buyers. A
Buyer's Agent has a written agreement with a buyer to act as his or

home or property.
In our area,
a buyer's agent is paid out of the proceeds of the sale, as is the
listing agent. There is no additional charge to YOU.
As your
representative, I shall not accept a bonus offered by the seller. When
the seller doesn't have to pay the bonus, his or her bottom line selling
price is less.
And don't
underestimate the valuable negotiating skills of a Buyer's Agent. Not
only can a Buyer's Agent assist you in establishing an offering price,
but as your advocate, a Buyer's Agent will strive to get you the lowest
possible price with the best possible terms.
As a Buyer's
Agent in real estate in this area I will make the
