Rentals are for a minimum of 1 week.
2. Most homes do not allow pets, we have a couple that do please inquire.
3. A $200 personal
check payable toHigh Country Properties, P. O. Box 501, Maggie Valley, N. C. 28751, is
required within one week of request to reserve a unit. There is a $25 charge for changes
in reservations. No refunds for cancellation.
4. Balance of
charges are due on arrival and payable only by cash, certified check, or money order.
Sorry, no credit cards are accepted.
5. All renters are
required to pay a $75 cleaning/damage deposit. This will be refunded after the unit is
checked and found to be in the proper condition. Maid service is available upon request at
extra charge.
6. All rentals are
subject to a 10% sales tax if less than 3 months in duration.
7. Check in time is
after 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM.
8. Number of people
allowed includes children. |
